Job Summary
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure primarily on Alibaba Cloud, ensuring high system performance, security, and availability. Collaborate with teams to support cloud migration and deliver effective incident resolution and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud to ensure reliable and scalable operations
- Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud resources to meet business and technical requirements
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot incidents and provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to minimize downtime and impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute cloud migration and optimization projects
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and implement cloud best practices to enhance operational efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security principles
- Experience in troubleshooting and incident management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell or Python to automate tasks and improve workflows
