- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Design and manage disaster recovery strategies, backup policies, and high-availability solutions to minimize downtime.
- Operations & Service Management: Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL framework), ensuring service reliability and compliance.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune infrastructure for performance and cost optimization.
- Security & Compliance: Apply security best practices across systems and networks, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Project Leadership: Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end, coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver within scope and timelines.
