Implement, manage, and support AWS services, including VPC, EC2, CloudWatch, RDS, Security configurations, and Glass Panel remediation, as well as Azure Cloud environments.
Integrate AWS VPC and AWS Cloud services with external systems.
Administer Windows Server environments, including setup, patching, security management, backup, restore, and upgrade activities.
Perform Windows Domain administration and setup.
Manage server, network configuration, and setup for all the latest Windows OS versions.
Administer third-party software tools (e.g., Third Sight).
Coordinate server maintenance activities such as hardware replacement.
Configure and deploy applications, including bulk deployments.
Execute monthly and ad-hoc security patching across Windows, ESXi, and Linux platforms.
You Bring:
Proven expertise in AWS Cloud and MS Hyper-V administration.
Strong skills in SFTP, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, IIS, and Microsoft Cluster management.
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, NetBackup, and storage administration.
Experience with Microsoft .NET and IIS environments.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
Ability to perform regular server health checks and antivirus updates.
Capable of troubleshooting and resolving service issues effectively.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Skilled in coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal teams for problem resolution.
Experience in asset management, inventory control, and tagging.
Proficient in documentation and maintaining system records.
Competence in analyzing vulnerability reports and providing timely remediation actions.
Proficient in MS Applications for preparing reports.
Willingness and flexibility to work onsite at customer locations when required.
