• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the WatchGuard Cloud Management platform
• Configure and maintain system settings to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Security Policy Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies for firewall, VPN, and other network security devices.
• Ensure policies align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Regularly review and update policies to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Device Configuration and Monitoring

• Provision and configure WatchGuard firewalls, access points, and other network security devices.
• Monitor device performance and security logs for anomalies or potential security incidents.
• Troubleshoot device connectivity issues and implement remediation strategies as needed.
