Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to join our delivery team in a client-facing role focused on cloud operations, implementation, and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily cloud operations, administration, and implementation activities across customer environments

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure with a focus on performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability

• Implement automation-first solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM Templates, and PowerShell

• Support cloud migration projects, including VM and database migrations using tools like Azure Migrate

• Collaborate closely with Cloud Solution Architects and internal technical teams to deliver effective cloud solutions

• Participate in client discussions, operational meetings, and process improvement initiatives

• Troubleshoot issues, ensure timely resolution, maintain proper documentation, and meet SLA requirements

• Stay updated with cloud technologies, certifications, and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in cloud operations and administration

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and automation principles

• Experience working in customer-facing or delivery-focused environments

• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and migration tools is preferred

• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong team player with problem-solving mindset
