Cloud Engineer (Digital Workplace)

Job Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or equivalent.

Must have minimum of 5-12 years of experience in End-user Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace engineering with solution design and operations

Must have minimum 3-7 years of experience in automation and data driven intelligence in Enterprise IT environments.

Must have experience in platforms, Kandji (Apple endpoint management), Okta (Identity & Access Management), PowerShell (advanced automation and scripting), Nexthink (DEX analytics), Google Workspace and Zoom Platforms

Experience in RESTful APIs (Okta, Kandji, Google) for automation and system integration.

Experience with cloud-native services (AWS / GCP / Azure) for serverless automation and workflow orchestration with strong understanding in cloud security, identity services, and Zero Trust principles.

Good to have experience in Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform) and VDI

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
