Daily operations to support project request in Azure platform operations based on change management includes but not limited to SFTP configuration and support, SMTP delivery support through sendgrid or SMTP relays, APIM and Azure native cloud operations.
AD account administration, DNS administration and AD domain administration.
Incident management and resolution, raising tickets to Microsoft to support and rectify any problems.
Creating golden images for windows and Linux OS, patching and work with Cyber for the endorsement of OS hardening.
Generate monthly reports on the project system health, system capacity and asset inventory list.
Account review of the servers and Azure platform, log review of the servers and azure platform to detect on any anomalies.
Requirement:
Diploma or degree in com science.
At least 4 years of relevant working experience in this field.
Assist on the administration of the servers and Azure platform operations. These engineers will require to equip with server administration knowledge, cloud domain knowledge and familiar with Azure to beef up the GCC operation.
Cloud engineer shall have Azure certification and Azure operation experience prefer.
