Work where you make an impact. We are seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build and manage AWS infrastructure for Defence projects. You will use Infrastructure as Code and automation tools to enhance security and efficiency while collaborating with architects and project leads to deploy system and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, employ, and manage AWS infrastructure, utilizing IaC tools (Ansible, GitLab, Terraform, and Sentinel).
- Optimize Control Tower/Landing Zone pipelines, workflows, Lambda functions, and CloudFormation stacks.
- Automate routine operational tasks with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Systems Manager to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with Business Application engineers, ensuring automation aligning with business needs.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and secure AWS resources, implementing best practices for cloud and resources security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on RHEL experience.
- Working knowledge in Ansible and strong shell scripting skills is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and IaC tools (GitLab, Terraform, and CloudFormation).
- Proficient in AWS automation tools (Lambda, Step Functions, and Systems Manager).
- Familiarity with Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
- Strong understanding of AWS security best practices.
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with effective communication.
