Job Description
1.User and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a bridge between internal users and third-party developers to ensure clarity in requirements and deliverables.
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements to inform development efforts.
- Propose improvements to existing business processes based on user feedback and operational needs.
2. In-House Software Development:
- Develop and maintain in-house applications to support operations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
3. System Integration:
- Oversee the integration of new software with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and stakeholders to deliver system upgrades and patches.
4. Business Process Reengineering:
- Evaluate and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to address operational challenges.
5. Cloud Services & Infrastructure:
- Leverage cloud technologies (Google Cloud, AWS, or similar) to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Provide first-level support for servers, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution of issues.
Requirement
- Diploma or degree in computer science/engineering
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be advantages
