Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Azure, including designing, managing, and improving cloud systems.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ESRI ArcGIS, and connecting different systems so they can share data smoothly.
• Good understanding of cloud security, data protection, and following government or industry rules and standards.
• Ability to design simple and reliable system architectures that can grow and support business needs.
• Proven track record of working on large, critical systems that require high reliability and performance.
• Ability to work closely with business users, technical teams, and partners to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Strong ability to identify issues and fix complex technical problems, while guiding and supporting team members.
• Experience working with government or public sector projects is a plus, with understanding of their processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

. Architect and deliver enterprise applications with Microsoft Dynamics365 and ESRI ArcGIS for field and office operations.

. Design, and Microsoft Azure cloud platform to support critical systems and application architectures ensuring availability, reliability, and security.

. Enable secure integration and data exchange across government and enterprise platforms.

. Lead cloud security and compliance, proactively managing risks in line with public sector standards.

. Monitor, optimize, and enhance platform performance, stability, and user experience.

. Review and approve technical designs and resolve complex cloud, integration, and security challenges.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions supported by clear and effective communication
