To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Clinic Support Executive of exceptional calibre - someone who embodies professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage sophisticated clinical and administrative functions with precision.

This position works closely with senior clinical leadership and requires an individual who is confident, polished, and capable of navigating complex patient journeys while upholding the elevated service standards of a premium healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive-Level Case Coordination- Oversee structured, multi‑stage patient care pathways, ensuring seamless continuity, timely follow‑ups, and meticulous documentation throughout the treatment process.
  • Clinical Information Governance- Manage sensitive medical records, imaging reports, and digital documentation with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assessment & Imaging Support- Assist clinicians with structured assessment workflows and digital scanning procedures after training, ensuring data integrity and professional execution.
  • Orthotic Programme Administration- Coordinate patient‑specific orthotic requirements, manage documentation, and support clinicians during fitting and review sessions in a polished, patient‑centric manner.
  • Patient Advisory & Communication- Provide clear, refined guidance to patients and families regarding treatment expectations, care routines, and follow‑up processes, reflecting the tone of a premium medical environment.
  • Medical Device & Supplier Coordination- Liaise with approved international partners, manage procurement documentation, and oversee logistics for patient‑specific medical devices.
  • Operational Excellence & Service Standards- Support management in elevating workflow efficiency, service quality, and compliance processes to maintain a best‑in‑class patient experience.
  • Strategic Engagement Support- Contribute to digital outreach, patient engagement initiatives, and community education efforts aligned with the clinic's premium brand positioning.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree is mandatory - preferably in Healthcare or other relevant disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a specialist clinic, rehabilitation centre, or healthcare environment involving complex patient management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑step clinical workflows or patient‑specific device coordination.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage high‑volume, detail‑sensitive information.
  • Professional maturity, discretion, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable supporting senior clinicians and management-level initiatives.
  • Technical Advantage: Experience coordinating medical devices or handling international supplier communication.
  • Exposure to imaging, scanning, or digital assessment workflows in a clinical setting.
