As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Serving as a subject-matter expert across the company's product range, delivering high-quality technical and clinical support to surgeons in the operating room.
- Instructing surgeons and operating room staff on the safe, correct, and effective use of company's products.
- Verifying that all required instruments and implants are fully prepared, functional, and available prior to each procedure.
- Building and sustaining strong customer relationships on behalf of Sales Representatives, while actively promoting the adoption of company's solutions.
- Assessing customer needs, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending suitable products to address clinical challenges or escalating leads to the Sales Team when appropriate.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company's products, including updates, features, benefits, and surgical techniques, while proactively managing personal training and development.
- Consistently complying with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing , experience in Operating theatre performing scrub for orthopedic surgeries
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
