We are seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist for our Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) business. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical aptitude, the ability to work in a team environment, and excellent sales skills. This is an exciting time to join our AFib team as we launch new and innovative products to the market. Our technologies include Left Appendage Closure Devices, PulseField Ablation Technology, and Transseptal Technologies. The Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical and technical support and training to physicians and CathLab staff on the effective and safe use of our products during procedures, aiming to meet and exceed business goals.
Your responsibilities will Include:
- Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, physician training, and allied healthcare worker training.
- Educate customers and internal BSC employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products through presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms.
- Attend cases in hospital labs for case support, training, and CMEs.
- Provide ongoing clinical and technical training and support to customers directly.
- Regularly visit customers and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, and discuss and promote our products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Manage existing customers and acquire new ones in the assigned territory under the general supervision of the Manager.
- Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according to divisional goals and objectives, optimizing available tools (e.g., consignment).
- Cultivate a wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or collaborating with other personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support).
- Develop sales skills and manage inventory, forecasts, billings, tenders, and quotations.
- Analyze and report market and business feedback to the Manager and others on a monthly and yearly basis using all available support tools.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in science, engineering/ biomedical/ biomedical engineering or any medical-related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of combined clinical and sales experience, with a strong track record in medical device sales and direct working experience in Cath Lab or Operating Theatre (OT) settings.
- Electrophysiology (EP) experience strongly preferred-especially familiarity with ablation procedures, cardiac mapping systems and stroke management.
- Highly driven and customer-oriented, with a proven ability to build and sustain strongrelationships with clinicians and stakeholders.
- Confident in attending procedures and providing intra-operative support, especially in complex and high-pressure environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and clinical information to both medical and non-medical audiences.
