Job Description
Clinical Research Duties
- Assist in participant recruitment, screening, and coordination of study visits
- Support administration of study-related assessments and data collection
- Ensure appropriate report entries into EPIC system
- Facilitate smooth conduct of clinical research activities in accordance with study protocols
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements
Laboratory Responsibilities
- Support collection and processing of biological samples
- Assist with laboratory procedures and sample management
- Maintain proper storage, handling, and documentation of specimens
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety and quality standards
Administrative & Research Support
- Perform data entry and maintain research databases, ensure proper documentation for the audit
- Coordinate communication between clinical and research teams
- Assist with general study organization, purchasing and logistics
- Provide support for reporting, presentations, and research outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Dentistry, Nursing, or related field
- Prior experience in clinical research and laboratory work preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with biospecimen handling or molecular techniques is an advantage
- Willingness to learn new things and undergo necessary trainings accordingly
- Positive can do attitude towards challenging situations is a must
