Job Description

The Listening Lab Singapore is looking for a passionate and motivated Clinical & Product Audiologist to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with preferably 2 years of experience, although fresh graduates are warmly welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical audiology practice with product and medical device portfolio management, working across both patient care and medical wholesale distribution

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Audiology

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for patients across all age groups
  • Perform the full spectrum of audiological evaluations including pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, speech testing, OAE, ABR, and other diagnostic procedures
  • Recommend, fit, and fine-tune hearing aids based on patient needs
  • Provide counselling and rehabilitation support for hearing aid users
  • Deliver ongoing aftercare and follow-up support for patients

Product & Medical Device Portfolio

  • Manage and support the medical wholesale portfolio including audiological equipment and medical devices such as:
  • Audiometers
  • Cochlear implant systems
  • Hearing screening equipment
  • Diagnostic audiology devices
  • Other hearing healthcare technologies
  • Provide clinical product support and technical guidance to healthcare professionals and institutional clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops for partners and customers
  • Work closely with principals, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure excellent product delivery and support

Clinical Support & Business Development

  • Support hospitals, clinics, and hearing care professionals with clinical and technical expertise
  • Assist in business development for professional and institutional accounts
  • Maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and industry partners

Requirements

  • Degree in Audiology or equivalent recognised qualification
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Fresh graduates with strong passion and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Interest in both clinical practice and medical device/product management
  • Experience with hearing aids and diagnostic equipment is an advantage
