Locations Available: West side polyclinics OR West (nearest MRTs: Queenstown/Commonwealth)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications
• Work closely with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and fellow pharmacists to deliver coordinated and efficient care
• Support day to day pharmacy operations, such as medication packing when needed
• Work with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care to patients
• Support training initiatives under the guidance of senior colleagues

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as Clinical Pharmacist with inpatient setting experience
• Strong communication skills, passionate to interact with patients
• Comfortable with shift work
• Pharmacy-related education qualification
