The Clinical Operations Manager plays a key role in overseeing the smooth functioning of the Group's clinics. This position focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, promoting a culture of service excellence to deliver an outstanding patient experience, and providing guidance and support to the clinic teams.
Beyond day-to-day operations, the role also involves driving continuous improvement, supporting business growth initiatives, and maintaining collaborative relationships with doctor stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily clinic activities, ensuring optimal resource utilization for effective service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Improve patient experience through workflow optimization and proactive management of feedback.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop the operations team while fostering collaboration with clinical staff and external partners.
- Manage operating costs and implement strategies to achieve cost efficiency across clinics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field will be an advantage.
- Strong team-oriented mindset to build positive and collaborative working relationships.
