As a Senior / Executive, Clinical Operations (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responsible for the effective management of assigned clinical service points across the continuum of care.
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned clinical service points, including front counter services and administrative support functions.
- Develop and implement innovative initiatives to improve service quality and enhance the patient experience.
- Support the planning and rollout of new services.
- Foster staff engagement and performance through regular communication, feedback, and development initiatives.
- Facilitate timely dissemination of information, escalate operational issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Contribute to institution-wide initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery and operational excellence.
