As a Clinical Instructor, you will be responsible for the following following duties:
- Play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining optimal clinical learning environments, enhancing the competency of nursing staff and students, and ensuring adherence to nursing standards.
- Developing and implementing training programs, facilitating preceptorship schemes, coordinating training activities and assisting in the development of nursing standards.
- Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements.
- Establish and maintain optimal clinical learning environments for nursing staff and students.
- Assisting Nurse Clinician in daily functions.
- Assist in reviewing and identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
- Participate in work improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs.
- Assist in the clinical audits.
- Preceptorship for junior nurses / student nurses.
- Assist in the staff performance assessment.
- Ensure reports are submitted on a timely manner.
- Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 5 years of Clinical experience.
- Must be registered with SNB.
