Clinical Governance Executive (Medical Affairs) - Staff Nurses who want to do backend admin #HAL

Salary: $3,650 - $6,500

Location: WEST

Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Description:

. Coordinate and support clinical quality and safety programme within the organisation.

. Play an active role in identifying, coordinating and participating with relevant departments in developing quality models, standards development, design and implementation of audits and risk management activities.

.To ensure accurate data collation and compilation for various clinical quality activities including clinical performance indicators.

. To provide support to QA and Clinical Services committees and to continuously seek opportunities to improve work processes and highlight areas for improvement.

. Manage incidents and serious reportable events and conduct root cause analysis.

. Demonstrate management skills necessary to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders/partners across the system and work with teams across the hospital and institutions. This is to negotiate change and promote continuous improvement approaches and standards across the institution.

. Facilitate presentation of improvement efforts and ongoing measures of clinical processes to management to enable an effective learning environment.

Requirements

. Min bachelor degree in Nursing / Healthcare or related field

. Min 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare / nursing/ Medical Affairs, Clinical Governance

. Have medical knowledge and understanding of medical terms

. Comfortable to pitch to the teams on initiatives
