Function as clinical assistant in plastic surgery practice
Assist in consultations and postoperative reviews, perform dressing changes, remove sutures, manage surgical drains, dispense medications and medical grade skincare, book appointments including for surgical procedures, communicate with patients
Assist in non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, filler and other injections and laser treatments
Perform non-surgical body contouring and skin tightening treatments
Function as surgical assistant and circulating assistant during surgery
Handle various aspects of insurance claims including liaising with insurance companies over payment arrangements
Ensure accurate clinical documentation in electronic medical records
Handle clinical photographs
Other tasks as directed by practice manager and medical director
