The Air Station (part of Easmed Group) is seeking a
Clinical Application Specialist to support our Sleep portfolio in a
retail environment. This role combines
clinical expertise, customer interaction, and product training, ensuring patients and healthcare professionals receive high-quality support in sleep and respiratory therapy.
You will play a key role in
guiding patients, supporting therapy outcomes, and driving product adoption, while also contributing to retail operations and customer experience.
Location: Novena Square
Working hours: Monday-Friday 10am-8pm // Weekends 10am-6pm (5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support & Therapy Management
- Provide professional guidance on the use of sleep and respiratory devices to patients and end users
- Support sleep therapy cases in accordance with product usage guidelines, infection control, and patient safety standards
- Assist healthcare professionals and patients throughout the diagnostics and therapy process
- Provide on-call support when required
Training & Education
- Develop and deliver training for healthcare professionals, allied health personnel, patients, and internal sales teams
- Prepare training materials and competency assessments in collaboration with Product and Sales teams
- Conduct in-service training to ensure confidence and competency in product usage
Sales & Field Support
- Partner with the Sales team during visits to demonstrate product usage and provide clinical credibility
- Support diagnostics and therapy cases on-site, offering guidance to both customers and staff
- Identify business opportunities through customer interactions and share leads with the Sales team
Retail & Customer Experience
- Attend to walk-in customers, provide product recommendations, and educate them on sleep health and therapy options
- Demonstrate product usage, support device setup, and handle basic troubleshooting and after-sales inquiries
- Maintain a professional retail environment and support daily operations such as stock coordination
Continuous Improvement
- Support diagnostics and therapy management improvement initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the medical or healthcare sector
- Prior experience in a patient-facing or retail environment is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both patients and healthcare professionals
- Comfortable conducting training and presentations
- Customer-focused with a compassionate and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
