Clinic Site Project Manager uncharge to bridge the gap between creative vision and physical execution, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of design projects-from initial client consultation to the final handover.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and senior management, providing regular progress reports and managing scope changes or variation orders.
- Vendor & Site Coordination: Negotiate fees with suppliers, and conduct regular site visits to monitor quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Technical Oversight: Review architectural and shop drawings to ensure design feasibility, compliance with local building codes (e.g., safety and fire regulations), and technical functionality.
- Procurement & Cost Control: Oversee the sourcing of materials and furniture, track project expenses against the budget, and manage procurement activities.
