Description
- You will be responsible for ensuring our clinic is service-ready at all times.
- You will attend to patient inquiries by providing timely and accurate information. Additionally, act as the point of contact for our clinicians and as a liaison to patients.
- Perform front desk duties, including assisting patients with appointment scheduling, registration, billing, dispensing medication, and payment collection.
- You will support in the daily management of our TPAs
- You will support the Clinic Manager with administrative tasks, such as handling insurance claims, maintaining and restocking inventory/supplies (including stock counts), keeping our clinic premises in good order, and other operational or administrative duties as needed.
- Actively participate in process improvement projects.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: GCE O Levels or Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including internet usage, email, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Knowledge of the Plato clinic management system is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer-oriented environment is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves interacting with and supporting both local and foreign patients who speak only Mandarin.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks as directed by healthcare professionals.
