Job Summary
You will manage customer inquiries, support therapy team scheduling, perform administrative duties, handle payments, and attend to calls and walk-in customers in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about clinic services to ensure clear communication and support
- Schedule client appointments efficiently to support therapy team operations
- Perform general administrative tasks including following up on emails and phone calls to maintain smooth clinic workflow
- Process payments accurately using NETS and credit card machines to ensure proper transaction handling
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls to facilitate effective communication
- Attend to walk-in customers inquiries to provide timely assistance and information
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in frontline customer service to enhance client interaction quality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel) to support administrative duties
- Good written and spoken English skills for clear communication
- Strong customer service and office administration skills, including comfort with technology and computers
Other Information
- Work schedule: 5 days per week, including one Saturday
- Salary commensurate with experience
