About the Job
This role supports daily clinic operations by managing front-desk activities, assisting patients with enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience at the physiotherapy clinic.
Key Responsibilities
. Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out processes.
. Handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, and daily calendar coordination.
. Respond to phone, email, and walk-in enquiries promptly and professionally.
. Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing and administrative tasks.
. Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry into the clinic system.
. Support physiotherapists in managing patient flow and basic administrative needs.
. Assist with inventory checks, ordering of supplies, and general upkeep of the reception area.
. Uphold confidentiality, service quality, and operational standards at all times.
Requirements
. GCE O-Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
. Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or clinic operations will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused mindset.
. Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable with digital scheduling systems.
. Able to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
. Willing to work rotating schedules, including weekends, as required by clinic operations.
