• Manage procurement and maintain accurate inventory of medications to ensure uninterrupted patient treatment
• Develop and implement medication-related workflows and protocols to optimize clinic operations and patient safety
• Collaborate with the doctor to assist in adjusting insulin dosages for patients, ensuring effective diabetes management
• Deliver clear and tailored patient education on medication use and diabetes care to improve health outcomes
• Respond promptly and accurately to medication-related enquiries from patients to support their treatment adherence
• Support clinic operations by performing multifunctional roles, including cashiering, to maintain smooth daily workflow
