Job Summary
Drive and optimise daily healthcare operations by coordinating resources, improving workflows, and leading a dedicated operations team to deliver exceptional service and care in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in planning, coordinating daily operations and resource utilisation
• Partner to ensure smooth and efficient daytoday operations
• Manage and inspire the operations team to achieve service excellence
• Plan and implement strategies to enhance workflows and service quality
• Collaborate with clinical and allied health teams to support patient care

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in any discipline
• Demonstrated passion for optimising operations and improving service delivery
• Experience in healthcare operations or administration preferred, with proven processimprovement results
• Track record in staff leadership and people development, with tangible examples
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Exceptional organisational ability - proven capability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in dynamic healthcare settings
• Commitment to delivering quality care while driving operational excellence

Work Schedule

• 5.5 days work week
