We are hiring for clinic operations positions at both our Central and Woodlands locations. Candidates may indicate their preferred location during application. Deployment will be based on operational requirements.
Overview:
The Clinic Operations Executive supports the Cluster Managers in the day-to-day administration and operations of our clinics.
The incumbent will work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth clinic operations, deliver a positive patient experience, improve operational processes and support the overall performance of the clinics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in implementing operational plans to achieve the clinic's service, operational and financial objectives.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Review and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure accurate billing, proper documentation and timely collection of payments.
- Support the implementation and development of clinic services and programmes.
- Conduct basic market research and assist in reviewing existing services and pricing where required.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional activities for clinic services.
- Monitor the utilisation of clinic resources, including manpower, supplies and equipment.
- Handle patient feedback and service-related matters, and assist with appropriate follow-up actions.
- Promote teamwork and maintain good working relationships among clinical, nursing and administrative teams.
- Support the implementation of organisational and departmental policies, procedures and service standards.
- Assist with administrative duties, reports and other operational matters.
- Perform any other duties or assignments as required by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management or any related discipline.
- Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinic or hospital operations will have an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without prior healthcare experience are welcome to apply.
