Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and collection processes.
Handle patient feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate and manage the inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
Assist Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations and resource utilisation to ensure cost-efficient and effective management of the clinic.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of strategies, proposals and activities to improve work processes and service quality, working in collaboration with HQ
Support doctors in clinic operations and assist in implementing new systems or procedures.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and working instructions in all areas related to operations
Participate in new initiatives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare and submit operational reports as required by management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MOH regulatory requirements for GP clinic, insurance providers program and process.
Knowledge of clinic operations, Medisave/CHAS processes, HSG, and EMR systems (e.g. SGIMED, Clinic Assist, Plato, etc.).
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Customer service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
