Clinic Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Nurse to join our team at The Wei-Wei Clinic for Women, an Obstetrics and Gynaecology clinic, located in Gleneagles Hospital. As a Clinic Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the smooth operations of our clinic. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and caring healthcare environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting doctors with ward rounds, examinations, procedures, and treatments

• Monitoring patient vital signs and providing basic nursing care

• Administering medications and injections as per doctor's orders

• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

• Ensuring the cleanliness and proper functioning of the clinic

• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver coordinated patient care

What we're looking for

• Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, so as to be able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients

• A registered nurse with a valid practicing certificate

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or nursing setting, preferably in a medical clinic or outpatient facility

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine commitment to patient-centred care

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and using relevant technology
