Job Responsibilities:
- Assist doctor during patient consultations, clinical procedures and OT
- Provide patient counselling on preparation for procedures and/or admission
- Provide financial counselling for patients scheduled for procedures and/or admission, including raising of pre-authorization and liaising with insurance companies
- Assist clinic administration, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and supporting daily clinic operations
- Assist in the dispensing of medications and medical supplies
- Coordinate with external providers/ vendors in the management of patients
- Maintain stocks & inventory of surgical consumables
Job Requirements :
- Possess at least Nitec/ Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board and possess a valid Practicing Certificate
- Prior working experience in a private clinic setting will be an added advantage
- Excellent teamwork & people
- Friendly disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills
