- Lead nurse-led clinics focused on wound care, immunisations, and chronic disease support to improve patient health outcomes
- Assist clinical team by conducting health assessments and providing patient education to enhance patient understanding and self-care
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records in compliance with best practice protocols to ensure quality and continuity of care
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to support integrated patient management and clinical operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Registered Nurse with primary care or clinic experience
