Clinic Manager

Responsibilities:

. Oversee daily operations to guarantee smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.

. Lead and mentor a team of nurses and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

. Ensure effective collaboration among clinical, nursing, and administrative teams to optimize workflows and schedules.

. Mentor nursing staff and perform venepuncture, IV cannula insertion, immunizations, nebulization's, and skin prick testing as required.

. Monitor operational performance and pinpoint areas for enhancing efficiency and service quality.

. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, internal procedures, and infection control protocols.

. Ensure the availability of medical supplies and oversee the proper maintenance of equipment.

. Support audit preparations, accreditation processes, and the implementation of operational guidelines.

. Assist with manpower requirements, including recruitment, orientation, induction, and performance appraisals for the nursing team.

Requirements:

. Education: Diploma in Nursing is essential a Degree in Nursing is highly desirable.

. Registration: Must be a Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.

. Certification: Valid BCLS & AED Certification.

. Minimum 5 years of experience in an outpatient specialist clinic or healthcare setting. At least 2 years of experience in a senior staff nurse or charge nurse role. Management and operational experience desirable.
