The Clinic Manager will ensure the smooth daily running of a specialist dermatologist clinic. He/ she will be working closely with senior management.
Job Description
- Ensure smooth daily operation flow, including logistics, supplies, equipment, stock, etc
- Participate in continuous quality improvement
- Review and ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
- Oversight of staff
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to all staff within the clinic
- Assist in administrative work such as insurance documentation/claims, upkeeping of patient data, billings, and invoices
- Manage the inventory of medication, consumables, and equipment including ordering, stock taking
- Counter duties and front desk management
- Handle and troubleshoot patient feedback
- Reporting to senior management
- Carrying out any other duties related to the functioning of the clinic as required or directed
Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of managerial/supervisor experience, preferred
- Clinic administration and operations experience will be an advantage
- Degree/Diploma will be an advantage
- Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to work independently
