Job Summary
Oversee and lead the daily operations of a medical clinic to ensure efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient experience. Drive operational excellence, staff performance, and business growth through strategic management and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations including front desk management, appointment scheduling, inventory control, patient flow coordination, dispensary management, and claims processing to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement and monitor operational protocols to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Manage and develop clinic staff by creating schedules, delivering training programs, and conducting performance evaluations to optimize team effectiveness.
- Enhance patient experience by analyzing patient flow, addressing feedback and complaints promptly, and executing effective service recovery strategies.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare programmes and accreditations such as MOH, CHAS, PCN, and other relevant schemes by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and compliance.
- Oversee financial operations including billing accuracy, revenue reporting, petty cash management, and timely claims submissions to support clinic financial health.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare partners to maintain operational resources and support clinic functions.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and business development efforts to promote clinic growth and community engagement.
- Execute additional duties as assigned to support clinic objectives and operational needs.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a healthcare or similar environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through managing clinic staff and operations.
