Clinic Manager

Job Purpose

• Responsible for management of day-to-day operations of clinics to maintain optimal operating function

Job Requirement

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and healthcare standards in Singapore.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Handle claims including CHAS, third party insurance, etc.
• Manage clinic budgets, billing processes.
• Implement and optimize clinic policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to improve service quality.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of clinic facilities.
• Will be expected to work clinic shifts
