Clinic Assistant

Job Description & Requirements

Within walking distance from Bishan MRT

Responsibilities:

. To ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.

. Perform front desks duties - registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.

. Registration of patients

. Dispensary

. Clinical duties - assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.

. Stock take of medication

. Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.

Requirements:

. Prior experience as clinic assistant will be an advantage. NO EXP REQUIRED. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

. Able to converse fluently in English, Mandarin

. Computer literacy

. Good interpersonal skills

. Service oriented and a good team player

. Hardworking and willing to learn

Requirements:

- Minimum ITE, Higher NITEC or Diploma Holders. GCE N or O Level with some work experience will be considered.

- No prior healthcare experience is required as training will be provided (entry-level).

- Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

- Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy.

- Must be service-oriented.

- Enjoy working and interacting with diverse groups of professionals/personnel.

- Ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.

- Comfortable with working independently or in a team.

- High adaptability and good multi-tasking skill in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to perform shift-work, including weekends
