Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and certain clinical duties under the direction of specialist.
- Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding for insurance purposes.
- Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination and administering medications as directed by specialist.
- Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height.
- Explain treatment procedures, medications, diets and physicians instructions to patients.
- Contact medical facilities or departments to schedule patients for tests and/or admission.
- Obtain blood specimens to send for necessary laboratory tests
- Chaperone specialist as and when required.
- Sterilization of medical equipment.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in healthcare.
- Able and willing to work 44 hours and on 5.5-day work week
- With Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Customer Service Oriented
