OUE Healthcare is seeking service-oriented and committed individuals to join our group's TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) clinics. Our clinic assistants play a critical role in delivering quality care and services to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with patients and has the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
. Perform receptionist duties (e.g. attend to phone calls/visitors).
. Upkeep clinic facilities/premise, including ensure overall cleanliness of clinic.
. Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing/payment collection, attend to enquiries, etc.
. Perform administrative duties such as TCM-related insurance/corporate scheme claims, maintain filing system, maintain accurate patient/clinical data records, accounts settlement, maintain clinic supplies, stock taking, etc
. Assist physicians in preparing treatment rooms for consultation, acupuncture, tuina, or herbal medicine dispensing.
. Comply with clinic procedures in adherence to MOH and TCM regulatory guidelines.
. Any other tasks as directed by the operations manager or Physicians
Requirements
. Good interpersonal and communication skills
. Able to speak Mandarin to handle mandarinspeaking patients and read medicine labels in chinese
. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems)
. Customer service mindset
. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
. Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage
. Able to commit to 5.5 day work week (Mon to Fri full day and Sat Half day)
. Comfortable with deployment among 2 or more clinic locations, when required
