We are looking for a motivated, meticulous, and patient-centric Clinic Assistant to join our growing team.

Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, managing registrations, appointments, and enquiries.
Manage clinic queue flow efficiently to ensure minimal waiting times.
Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist the Cardiologist during consultations and minor clinic procedures.
Prepare patients for basic cardiovascular assessments (e.g., height, weight, blood pressure monitoring).
Chaperone patients and maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment.
Manage inventory, tracking medical supplies, and restocking clinic rooms.
Manage patient electronic medical records (CMS) accurately and confidentially.
Handle billing, payment collection, and daily closing accounts.
Process corporate insurance claims, Medisave submissions, and coordinate with managed care partners.
Minimum GCE N / O Level, NiTEC, or Diploma in a related field.
Prior experience working in a specialist clinic or hospital setting is highly advantageous (Experience in cardiology or private specialist clinics is a major plus).
Candidates with significant experience will be considered for a Senior Clinic Assistant role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Fluency in multiple languages is a plus to communicate with local and international patients).
Proficient in basic computer skills and Clinic Management Systems (CMS).
Knowledge of insurance claims processing (e.g., Mediclaim, E-Log, corporate panels) is preferred.
Energetic, empathetic, and possesses a strong service-oriented mindset.
Able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
