Job Description:
- Register patients and manage appointments
- Perform basic triage and record vital measurements
- Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Manage billing, payment collection, and claims processing (CHAS, MediSave, TPA)
- Assist doctors with clinical and administrative duties
- Coordinate with laboratories, imaging centres, and specialist clinics
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, equipment sterilisation, and infection control standards
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and consumables
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Patient-focused with a positive and professional attitude
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate training will be provided
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
