Clinic Assistant (37702)
Location: North, East
Our client, a newly established family clinic, is seeking a Clinic Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
【Responsibilities】
- Register patients and manage patient records accurately.
- Dispense medications in accordance with clinic procedures.
- Collect payments and process insurance or healthcare claims.
- Perform administrative duties, including printing, filing documents, and tracking laboratory samples.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and appointment scheduling.
- Receive deliveries, monitor inventory levels, and perform stock-taking.
- Chaperone patients during consultations and assist doctors with basic medical procedures where required.
- Support the clinic team with other ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
【Working Hours】
You will work on a rotating shift schedule, with 1-2 shifts assigned per day, up to a maximum of 44 hours per week.
Shift Schedule (Weekdays & Saturday. The clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays)
1) Morning Shift: 7:45 AM - 1:15 PM
2) Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
3) Evening Shift: 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Minimum GCE N Level or GCE O Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a clinic or healthcare environment.
- Candidates without prior experience who are eager to learn are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Willingness to work evening shifts and Saturdays.
(Advantageous)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
