Job Vacancy:

Temporary position: Starting 01 June 2025 for 19 weeks to cover for a staff going on maternity leave

Full time: 40 hours per week

Monday-Thursday: 830am-1pm & 6pm-930pm

Friday: 830am-1230pm

Saturday: weekly rest day

Sunday: 2pm-6pm

Brief Job Scope:

a)administrative aspect:

- registration of patients, billing, filing of claims etc.

b) medical aspect:

- dispensing of medications, assist doctor in doing procedures eg. PAP smear, ECG, dressing etc.

c) operational aspect:

- maintenance of general cleanliness of the clinic

Timeline for Hiring Process:

a) advertising period: mid April - mid May 2025

b) interview sessions: Saturdays 17 & 24 May 2025, 1400 - 1600 hours @ clinic

short listed applicants will be contacted 1-2 weeks prior to the respective interview dates

c) start date of employment: 1 June 2025

d) duration of employment: 19 weeks or approximately 4.5 months
