Job Summary
A Caring Chiro Clinic Assistant supports daily clinic operations by managing patient reception, scheduling appointments, handling enquiries, maintaining records, and assisting chiropractors with clinic preparation to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients to facilitate smooth clinic check-ins and maintain accurate patient records
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using appointment booking systems to optimize clinic workflow
- Respond promptly and clearly to patient enquiries to provide excellent customer service
- Perform data entry and manage emails to support clinic administrative tasks efficiently
- Assist chiropractors with basic clinic preparation to ensure readiness for patient care
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment to support health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to accommodate diverse patient needs
- Collaborate with team members to support clinic operations and patient care
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in clinic or healthcare settings to enhance understanding of patient care and clinic procedures
- Basic computer skills including use of appointment booking systems, text communication, and data entry
