Job Summary

A Caring Chiro Clinic Assistant supports daily clinic operations by managing patient reception, scheduling appointments, handling enquiries, maintaining records, and assisting chiropractors with clinic preparation to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and register patients to facilitate smooth clinic check-ins and maintain accurate patient records
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments using appointment booking systems to optimize clinic workflow
  • Respond promptly and clearly to patient enquiries to provide excellent customer service
  • Perform data entry and manage emails to support clinic administrative tasks efficiently
  • Assist chiropractors with basic clinic preparation to ensure readiness for patient care
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment to support health and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to accommodate diverse patient needs
  • Collaborate with team members to support clinic operations and patient care

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience working in clinic or healthcare settings to enhance understanding of patient care and clinic procedures
  • Basic computer skills including use of appointment booking systems, text communication, and data entry
