Job Responsibilities:
Clinic Administration
Assist in insurance, Medisave or other claims filing
Prepare and send medical reports, films, and/or portable storage devices such as
USB/CD to clinics and/or hospitals
Storage and/or proper handling or destruction of documents in relation to PDPA
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure appointments and requests are registered and delivered
Support in documentation for inspection and audit purposes by various governing authorities
Assist in appointment booking and collecting payment
Any other diagnostic imaging matters assigned by the Management
Patient Care
Welcome patients to the clinic by greeting them warmly
Assist in Patient Registration including taking of appropriate medical history
Assist in preparing/retrieving patient records for doctor's including clinical notes, surgical records and radiographic or laboratory results
Patient Communications
Maintain goodwill and professionalism with patients at all times
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer service role is an advantage
Proficient in the use of technology and computer systems
Able to adapt quickly, multitask and work under tight deadlines
A team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude
