Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinic Assistant to support daily operations at our healthcare clinic. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the department, include preparing of the documents and reports
- Receive, screen and register patients into the clinical system
- Address any inquires / feedback or any other concerns from patients
- Arranges for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals and/or any other procedures
- Obtains and verifies patient billing information before collecting payment
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all unit facilities, equipment and tidy the general appearance of the counter
- Perform data entry and closure of daily settlement
- Handle incoming phone calls and making of appointments
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Clinic Manager
Requirements
- Related working experience in healthcare and understanding of medical terminology/ abbreviations/ jargon will be added advantage
- Strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office Advantage
- Meticulous, eye for details, precise, organised and efficient
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Effective team player and able to work in fast paced environment
- 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday; Half Saturday)
