Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter including answering phone calls, registration, maintaining appointments
- Prepare and dispense medications
- Cashiering duties including payment collection, filing for relevant claims, submission of eClaims via claim portal etc
- Administrative duties including maintaining simple filing, etc
- Clinical duties including chaperoning doctors, performing basic tests on patient (ECG, vision test etc.)
- Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines etc
- Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
- Working experience in a medical clinic (preferred), anyone willing to learn is welcome. Training is provided.
- Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn, customer-oriented and with a high level of integrity.
- Preferably can commence work immediately or short notice.
