Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic administrative operations
- Answer phone enquiries and schedule patient appointments
- Provide financial counselling to patients
- Handle logistics and purchasing for clinic supplies
- Organize clinic schedules, claims, and billing processes
Requirements
.No prior experience required on-the-job training provided
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields
- Proficiency in Japanese (N1 level or equivalent) to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers.
- Experience in service industry or cabin crew is an added advantage
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to travel between clinics within Singapore
