Clinic Assistant

Job Description:

General

1. To perform in registration of patients & scheduling of appointments.
2. To perform basic dispensing and explaining purpose of medications.
3. To perform general administrative duties in the clinic as assigned.
4. To chaperone the doctor during consultations (when necessary).
5. To perform other duties as assigned by the doctor.

Billing

1. To perform payment collection and ensure that payments are tallied for end of business day takings.
2. To ensure that all medical billings and invoices are accurate and prompt.

Others

1. To collaborate and have good teamwork with all allied health.
2. To assist team in monthly stock-taking of drugs and consumable.

Requirements:

• Singaporean/PR only.
• Pleasant personality.
• Adaptable and good commitment.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Working Hours : Mon - Fri 8.30am to 6pm, Sat 8.30am to 1pm.
